Larian Studios gave an insight into the gameplay of Baldurs Gate 3 and announced a possible early start of the highly anticipated role-playing game in August.
Baldurs Gate 3, set in the Dungeons & Dragons universe, was introduced on the first day of the Guerilla Collective, an online festival for digital games. Larian Studios released its early access announcement trailer, which also included snapshots of the role-playing gameplay.
Larian Studios then released community update # 3 for Baldur & # 39; s Gate 3, in which Larian Studios founder Swen Vincke said that although the game should be launched early in August, it may be delayed as the team's progress was affected by the game Covid19 pandemic.
According to Vincke, there are several factors that significantly affect the development of Baldur's Gate 3. One of them is the studio's motion detection, which has already started when people return to the office. He added that the role-playing game should be ready in time for early access in August when Larian Studios is able to achieve a reasonable pace with the process.
Vincke said there have been major improvements since the game was launched at PAX East in February. He also promised that Baldurs Gate 3 will look even better when released as development continues after access starts early.
A Baldur & # 39; s Gate 3 gameplay livestream is scheduled for June 18 at D&D Live 2020. Players who want to see the latest updates of the role-playing game should be prepared for the online event.
Larian Studios confirmed in February that Baldurs Gate 3 will be available early this year after a Google Stadia post claims that role-playing is one of the games that will come to the streaming service this year.
